This week is "Wellness Week" at Middleton School. What kinds of things do you do to stay healthy and fit? Also, why is it important to stay healthy and fit? I look forward to your responses!

Paragraph 1: What kind of things do you do? Paragraph 2: Why is it important?
My name is Tommy. One thing I do to stay healthy and fit is go for a bike ride with my mom. We usually ride for 6-11 miles every Saturday. I also like to walk my dog for a mile every night after dinner with my mom. Next, I like to keep active by playing badminton with my friends.
Wellness week gets you off the computers, tvs and other electronics. It is important to be active in order to be healthy. Also, being outside gives you an opportunity to see nature and explore new places. Wellness week also gets your family active and gets you to spend time together. A healthy person should be active sixty minutes every day. :D

Hi my name is Colin and some of the things I do for wellness week are eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and I do a lot of jogging and that is how I usually stay fit each day. Sometimes me and my younger brother play soccer or if we have a balloon, we go to our basement and see how long we can keep it in the air.
It is important to stay fit because it strengthens the muscles and if you don’t stay fit you can forget about leaving the house and you might not have enough food. A way to stay fit is when you have free time, you can stretch and/or play a sport or jog around your house or in your front or backyard.

Hi. My name is Andre and this about wellness week at Middleton. First of all, it’s about staying fit. Ms. Salterelli showed us a video about a robot fitness activity. I guess it’s a ‘theme’ for wellness week. At least for the fourth grade. Also, she showed us a chart in the shape of a pyramid. It’s about what activities we are supposed to do daily. Our class also hung up a few posters about wellness week.
Wellness week is important because it’s important to stay healthy and fit, and that’s what it’s all about (see above). Now that wellness week is at Middleton, students (like me) and teachers will be able to stay more fit. Since fitness and health is so important, I think wellness week should be enforced in other schools. Like my cousin’s school. His name is Timothy. But this isn’t a biography, so let’s move on. As I was saying, wellness week should be at other schools. Then so many kids on Earth would be able to stay healthy and fit.

Hi my name is Peter. i will tell you about the things I will do for Wellness Week and every other week. The first thing is my favorite past time which is soccer.(In my language futbol.) Also I will ride my bike with my dad and run with my dad. And also play with my friends. But the most important is staying healthy and stay hydrated.
Doing this is important because staying healthy and fit is very important. Watch TV and
playing video games will rot your brain and hurt your eyes. And also stuff like phones, computers, and I Pods are bad for your brain and eyes.

Hi my name is Noah. The sport I like to play is soccer. I also like to run and swim. I like bananas, strawberries, peaches, and plums. I love carrots and broccoli. I have done 5k walks before, also.
It’s important to stay healthy for a few reasons. First, you could get sick if you don’t exercise and eat healthy foods. Next, if you like to do a sport, you could get really good at it because you would be fit. Finally, you could do fun things like gymnastics and stuff.

I like to swim, play volleyball and do cycling. My favorite fruits and vegetables are mangoes, grapes, asian pear, sweet potato and pumpkin.
The way plants need sun, soil and water to grow, the same way it is important for our body to have a healthy diet and physical activity to grow. Swimming, cycling and volleyball help me build stamina, strong muscles and healthy bones. Eating a good diet keeps my body healthy.

Hi, my name is Porter. To stay healthy, I eat all my fruits and/or vegetables at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also stay fit. I do this by playing soccer (one of my favorite sports), jumping on the trampoline, and on the weekend walking or biking somewhere in the morning on the weekends with my dad when I wake up at about 5:00 AM.
It’s important to stay healthy and fit because if you don’t, you have a bigger chance of dying sooner. Another reason is because if you get really fat, you will probably look like this, (I put a picture in my google doc but it didn't sow up here)
and if you are like that you might need a wide wheelchair or you would just sit and do nothing except watch TV. You would also have other health problems with your heart and other important organs.
As you can see, it is very important to stay healthy and fit. So, I do a variety of things to stay in good shape.

My name is Nicole. The things that I do to be fit are swimming. Also eat healthy things for example fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water. I would like to try new thing to be fit like walk around the neighborhood or play tag and other stuff that I haven't tried. Sometimes I like to play with my sister.

My Name is Melody and i’m going to tell you about the things I do to stay healthy!
The main thing I do to stay healthy is going to the park with my sister and riding a bike.
Those are just the main things I do. I also play tag,play basketball,and gymnastics.
You can stay fit and active too! Just by doing little things like eating right,stretching,playing soccer,and many other sports! Why it’s so important to be healthy you ask? Well there are lot things.I can’t say all them so i will say some of them.The main thing is you will be really fat that you can’t even see your toes!

Hello my name Christopher Araujo the sport I play is soccer.I practice soccer two times a week.I eat fruits and vegetables to stay healthy.I walk to school every day with my mom and dad,I also do exercise to stay healthy. It is important to be healthy because you need to stay fit if you are not fit you will be a couch potato.If you are a couch potato you will be eating junk food.If you eat junk food you will be eating more calories if you eat a lot of calories you will get fat and sick; does what you need to eat healthy and do a lot exercise for you became a healthy person.

Hi my name is Alice and something that I do to stay fit is that I eat at least 4 to 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day and one more thing I do is that I play outside for 60 minutes a day. The reason that we exercise is because we need to be healthy or else you can become very lazy and sometimes its hard to move.One last reason is that you have to stay healthy because its fun!

Playing soccer for 60 minutes.
That was one way you can stay fit.
Another way you can stay fit is running 3 miles.
lastly a good way to stay fit is to shoot hoops.
One way you can stay healthy is to eat salad at least 1 day of the week.
And another way you can stay healthy is eating at least 5 fruits or vegetables every day.And lastly to stay healthy is not to eat junk food

Hi, my name is Mahnoor I would like to tell you about being fit and healthy. Why is it IMPORTANT to stay fit and healthy? This is one question you may ask somebody. Well I am about to tell you why. You stay fit and healthy because it gives energy to do anything you want to do. This is a list of things you can do if you stay fit and healthy:
1. Mountain climbing 2.Yoga 3.Soccer 4.Football 5.Jump rope.
There are MANY,MANY,MANY more things that you can do but only wrote 5 FUN things down.
How do you stay fit and healthy? This is another question you may ask somebody.Well it`s SIMPLE! All you have to do is sleep 10 hours at the most, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and play 60 minutes everyday. Here are 5 fruit suggestions and 5 vegetable suggestions. 1. Apple 2.Banana 3.Orange 4.Watermelon 5.Peach.
1.Carrots 2.Broccoli 3.Lettis 4.Celery 5.Zuceny.

Hi my name is Joseph. This is my blog on Wellness Week.
Here are some things that YOU need to do to stay healthy and fit. You should exercise an hour a day to stay fit and healthy.
You should try a variety of different exercises. Here are some examples:
1. Play some sports like soccer or baseball.
2. Play games that are just for fun like hopscotch and leap frog :)
3. Try walking or running for maybe fifteen minutes or so a day
And if you’re not very good at these things, one word for you: PRACTICE!
Now lets talk about eating. You should eat 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables
(also known as veggies) a day. Don’t eat the same kind everyday, you might get sick of it. And its also good to try new things too. And there are some kind of healthy foods that aren’t fruits or vegetables. Like flax seed (a tasteless powdery food that you put in your yogurt and smoothies that makes them healthier) or certain meats.
This is how we all stay happy healthy and fit :)
Now here are the reasons you need to do these things.
1. They keep you fit and healthy.
2. They make you feel good.
3. They’re FUN!
Now here’s what you’re probably thinking.
1. Q. Why don’t we just eat less?
1. A. Eating is a part of LIFE! If we don’t eat as much as we need to, we might starve!
2. Q. Do we have to do these things EVERYDAY?
2. A. It’s okay if you want to take a break sometimes. Too much of anything is NEVER good. :)

Wellness Week My name is Matteus and every single day I play basketball and soccer to stay healthy and fit. I eat healthy foods like apples, salad, meat, broccoli, asparagus, and cheese. I try not to eat fast food and junk food.
It is important to stay healthy and fit because if you don’t, you can get really sick and fat. If you eat healthy food and exercise, you are healthy. If you eat unhealthy food and don’t exercise, you are unhealthy. The saying, “You are what you eat” is true.

The things I do at home are like running
and biking and alot of dancing.I watch kid of
too much tv and reading.But I know I need
to stop.I don’t really have time to eat fruits
but I have time to eat vegetables.The

dancin’.I dance in very different ways.I
only sometimes and not very often.
